Norman Gorman, the firstborn son of LoneConservative.com editor Nate Gorman, cracked a joke at the Heritage Foundation’s company water cooler on Wednesday that was both original and funny.
“Yeah, so I honestly had no idea what I was supposed to be doing. I just sort of walked up to some dude who’s the policy director for the institute of politics or something and made fun of him and his nonexistent family. He shook his head, laughed, and called me a ‘real charmer,’” said Norman, elated.
Harrold Johnson, a man not exactly known around the office as up for jokes, was the butt-end of Mr. Gorman’s water cooler chastising. When asked for comment, Harrold replied, “I hate being here. I hate my job, I hate this city, and I especially hate the interns that believe they’re truly making a difference in the world.”
Harrold further commented, “You know why they call it a ‘think tank?’ Because you have to sit around all day and think about how miserable you are.”
The Heritage Foundation could not be reached for comment.
